Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS & PROCESSING TIME

Processing time

Please allow up to 1-3 business days to process/ship your order.

Please be advised, receiving a “purchase order” via email indicating the items selected, does NOT guarantee all items will be in stock. We will notify you by email when your package has been processed at the postal service.

Note that in certain cases, multiple items may ship separately. In these situations, no additional shipping fees will be applied.

Free shipping promotion:  when a free shipping promotion takes place. FJ WATCHES allows itself to modify the packaging of the product. This does not alter the quality of the products.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Policy

• You have 30 days from the order date to exchange or return your items. If 30 days have gone since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 
• All merchandise must be unworn with the original hangtags attached.
• Items bought during a FJ Watches event or a pop-up shop cannot be returned or refunded. 
• When refunding, an amount of $15 is deducted from your order to cover the handling costs for the initial shipment of your order if you obtained free delivery with the purchase.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Refund and exchange can take up to 5 business days to processed once we received the goods. If your refund is accepted, FJ Watches will refund to the same payment method and card originally used.

REFUSING A PACKAGE, RETURNED PACKAGE OR WRONG ADDRESS

If you refuse a package, entered the wrong delivery address, there was an issue at delivery, your package will be sent back to us. When this happens, FJ Watches has to pay additional shipping fee in order to get the package back. If we don't pay it, they will be abandoned and destroyed the package. The customer is responsible for such fees.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER OR MISTAKE IN A SHIPPING ADDRESS 

If you have just ordered and have mistakenly entered the wrong size, color or forgot to mention your apartment number/p.o box in your address, please contact us by email at info@fjwatches.com as soon as possible. 

*We will be able to make the changes only if your order has not been shipped yet. Otherwise, you will have to wait until you receive your order and proceed to an exchange. FJ Watches will be here to assist you but isn't responsible for any additional shipping fees or lost package due to a mistake in the mailing address.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

WARRANTY

We guarantee the quality of our products with a 24 month warranty.

The guarantee takes effect at the time of receipt of the package if the shipment includes tracking. Otherwise, the warranty takes effect at the time of purchase.

Warranty on watches

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch itself (movement, case, glass). Parts other than the above are not covered by this warranty.

Note that repairs/replacements will be charged for in the following cases, even during the warranty period.

• Failure or damage caused by misuse or negligence (blows, bumps, crushing, broken glass, etc.)
• Failure or damage caused by unwarranted repair or modification
• Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or natural disaster such as an earthquake
• Cosmetic alterations due to normal wear and aging (minor scratches etc; on the case and/or glass, discoloration of the strap and chipping of the plating)
• In the event that the retail store and date of purchase are not indicated on the invoice, or if this information has been rewritten
• If the warranty is not submitted with the watch
• Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty period

The watch case, dial, hands, crystal, band or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.

This warranty guarantees that you can receive a free replacement in accordance with the conditions set forth herein and within the specified period, and will not restrict any legitimate rights of the customer.

Warranty on jewelry:
(Includes: necklaces, bracelets, sunglasses chains, waist chains)

This warranty covers breakage caused by a manufacturing defect & breakage deemed abnormal.

Procedure

To have the replacement covered under this warranty, please contact us by email at info@fjwatches.com or use our contact form on the "contact us" page. In the request, you must indicate your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the problem.

If you qualify for warranty replacement, there is a $15 handling fee for damaged product replacement after 30 days of purchase. Handling is free for exchanges made within 30 days of purchase.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
